Second WashroomWe needed a second bathroom desperately in our backsplit home. Jon came and gave fantastic ideas and then returned with a quote that was reasonable.He told us when he would be able to start and when he would be finished and may I say he was bang on in his finishing date.He is very friendly and communication is very easy with him. he listens and aims to please. His workers along with himself are hard workers never even taking a break and it so shows in there work which was awesome!!!Jon managed to create second beautiful washroom without having to loose my laundry room. The dedication and professionalism are a credit to the great job they did.I am so happy and would call on John again with any new renos i decide to do. Jon and his team have been amazing to work with. Over the course of the past year, they have helped with a couple different projects, both at work and at home. They have always completed the work on time, and in a professional manner.My first meeting with Jon was highly representative of his professionalism. I had used a couple different contractors, both at work and at home, and had always had trouble with either the time (taking way too long), or the final result (the work not being done properly). So, when I had my first meeting with Jon, I wanted to make sure that I got a proper quote and that I had a firm deadline, with a penalty for work not being done on time. Jon looked a me a bit skeptically (I guess he was wondering what he was getting himself in to), but took the job anyway.So, Jon, this is my formal apology for doubting you. Every time you've agreed to a job, you've exceeded my expectations (like when you found an *exact* match for replacing the brick on part of our house), and you've demonstrated a high level of honesty by talking me out of doing stupid stuff (like paying for "upgrades" to sell the house, that wouldn't actually make the house more valuable). You always finish each job within a reasonable timeframe, and you get it right the first time.

We moved into an older home that needed lots of work in the bathrooms and the kitchen, he was here every day, on time, cleaned up after himself and finished the jobs to perfection! Thanks Jon you were awesome!!
